Working Relationship :
Our normal working practice is to charge an initial setup fee for the large amount of work required in the beginning and then a monthly retainer for managing the account.
You, the client will be responsible for any advertising expenses incurred. The marketing expenditure is limited to the budgets you have agreed with us.
The marketing accounts once setup will be the property of you, the client.
Correspondance :
We work mainly using email and are able to offer correspondance by telephone when this is necessary. It may be possible to meet in person when setting up a new working relationship but this isn't absolutely neccesary for our work. We generally try and respond to queries quickly, normally within two working days.
